Hi. I’m Jaeho from Southkorea.
I live alone in a small apartment.
These days, I am thinking about whether to raise a dog or a cat.
I like to walk alone on the streets at night.
I also enjoy going to a river or mountain a little far from downtown and looking at the scenery.
I am currently working on e-commerce.
My hobby is watching OTT such as Netflix and Disney Plus lying on the couch.

About house

  • You can use everything inside and outside the refrigerator, including food.
  • You can use all the tools, such as pans and plates, and appliances, such as microwaves and ovens.
  • 1 person: You can sleep on the couch in the living room. Pillows and blankets are provided.
  • 2 people: I provide the bedroom I use. There is only one bed, so two people should sleep together. The bed size is queen.
  • There is a TV in the living room and bedroom.
    (Available OTT: Netflix, Disney+, Wavve, Tving, Watcha, Coupang Play, YouTube Premium)
  • There is a xbox in the living room TV. You can use it anytime.
  • You can use small dart plate.
  • You can use shampoo, body soap, towels, shower towels, toothpaste, listerine and everything else in the bathroom except toothbrush which I used. There are many disposable toothbrushes. You can use it.
  • You can use coffe machine, water purifier,fan, air conditioner, air purifier, bluetooth speaker.
  • If you need washing, you can use a washing machine, but there is no dryer, so please refer to it. If you have to dry the laundry in a hurry, there is a coin laundry right behind the house.
  • If you need a print something, you can use a printer.
  • If you want me to be pick you up, I can pick you up.
  • If you want to go somewhere together, I can go with you (if time permits).

  • Jumping is prohibited as noise may occur between floors.
  • No smoke, No drugs and No heavy drink.

Tips

  • The robot vacuum cleaner runs at 8 a.m. every day. Don’t be surprised by the sound.
  • Don’t panic because the kitchen water doesn’t come out. There is a step switch under the sink.
  • Sometimes the security office gives an announcement. Don’t be surprised by the sound.
  • The main door is locked 6 p.m to 8 a.m. So call me or call me through the main console, I will open the door for you.
  • There are subway line 2 and Donghae line near the house.
    Buses 36, 42, 52, 210, 144, 200, 307, 31, 43, 44, and 506 come to the nearby bus stops.
  • There are convenience stores (CU,GS25,DAISO), markets, hospitals, and pharmacies near the house.
